He has developed industry-leading software such as PERFORM, SubPUMP, Gas Lift, PIPESIM, OFM, PSA, DesignPro, and Lift IQ, which have significantly improved oilfield operations worldwide. Throughout his career, Ramana has held various oilfield operation positions in the USA, Russia, Central Asia, China, and Indonesia. His wealth of knowledge and experience has been instrumental in our company's success in providing innovative and effective solutions to our clients.

Jaime is a seasoned veteran in the oil and gas industry with over 25 years of experience. He has an excellent track record of driving revenue and growth for leading global oil and gas organizations. His extensive global experience offers expertise in the Asia, North and South American markets, including unconventional resources. Meanwhile, Jaime’s background in operational management in production, well completions, and artificial lift has given him a unique insight into the industry. Jaime has also worked across operations, sales and marketing, and strategy management, with a strong emphasis on establishing successful workflows for technical teams. His experience with Schlumberger has further honed his expertise and knowledge of the industry.
